Happy May Day!!
You know the rules:
1) “Eat Healthier”
2) Eating smaller meals/snacks*
3) No skipping meals
4) Eating more fruits & veggies
5) No eating when I’m not hungry
6) No eating after 7pm
2 pieces of French Toast & 2 strawberries*
1 bowl of raisin bran*
1 bowl of wheat spaghetti w. a little salt and butter/ 1 small apple with peanut butter*
1 hot dog & 5-6 nachos w. cheese, then 15 peanuts*
3 mozzarella sticks, 1 blue moon w. an orange slice, and (1) 1 scoop expresso chip ice cream from “Ghiradelli” in a chocolate dipped waffle cone 🙂 🙂 Bad, Bad, & Bad….and also later than 7pm.
*1/2 cup/bottle of water with each meal.

I really enjoyed my ice cream cone from Ghiradelli =D and had fun eating peanuts at the game with Mike; making a huge mess! Also, today, Sunday the breakfast fairy came and brought me Krispy Kreme donuts and coffee…ah what a Bad but Awesome weekend!!

Really need to do this today: I am going to make up for it and do 15-20 minutes- abs/butt.
Hmm not sure yet, but I am going to shoot for 5 miles, and I want to get it done quick, so it will involve some running 😉
