Fruit & Veggie Smoothie
6 green grapes
1 1/2 cups spinach
1 cup ice
1 cup Spring Water
Add-Ins: Peanut butter, protein powder, yogurt, juice, flax seed oil, and the list goes on…
Once you get all of your ingredients together in The HM, then you want to blend on Speed 8 for 1-2 minutes until nice and smooth.
Don’t have a HealthMaster? Try using the food processor and then a blender. It may not be as smooth, but it will do the trick.
